TubeSeal Installation
- Connect a hose to the tube valve.
- Unroll the tube along the inside edge of the cover, where the yellow and green meet material meet.
- The two ends of the tube should cross one another in the silo.
- Make sure the second valve is closed.
- Fill the tube with water, about 50% full.
- Check for water leaks.
- Remove the Tube before freezing temperatures.
- Cover can stay installed in cold temperatures.
Silage Cover Preparation Stage:
- Level the silage in the silo.
- With your feet or a light tool, compact the edges of the silage.
- Place the cover in the center of the silo on the silage.
- Unfold the cover and cover the top of the silage.
- The yellow edges of the cover go up the silo wall.

If interested in keeping the tube installed during freezing temperatures, you can follow these anti-freeze steps:
- Open valve 4 to 5 feet
- Hold the tube upward.
- Pour in the recommended quantity of salt.
- Close the valve firmly.
- Check for leaks.

The Silagesaver warrants its products, The Silage Cover and Tube Seal, free from defects. If any of the products are defective, The Silagesaver will replace the products, new and defect free.
**The Silagesaver does not guarantee the TubeSeal if excess water/ ice pressurizes the Tube.
Maintenance, cleaning and storage of the Silage Cover and Tube Seal
If the Silage Cover and/or Tube Seal are stored uncleansed, this can favour molding and lessen the durability and duration of the products.
The Silage Cover and Tube Seal should be cleaned with a neutral detergent, preferably liquid in water solution, using cloths and soft brushes. Do not power wash these products as the force of a power wash can damage the products. After the Silage Cover and Tube Seal are washed, remove the detergent with water and carefully dry the products and store in a dry place.
